"Our terrier has been walked by A Furry World since 2003, and she is always overjoyed to see her walker. She has also often been boarding when we go on holiday and she comes back in wonderful spirits and health clearly having had a terrific time, although of course pleased to see us again. We even receive delightful pictorial diary record of her stay away which is great fun to read. "  I have just picked up my hamster Harry from his holiday with A Furry World. I am absolutely delighted with the care that they have given him while I have been on my holiday, and would not only strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a pet sitter, but will definitely be using them again myself in the future. I was extremely anxious about leaving Harry while I went away for 3 weeks, and it was an agonising decision deciding where he would go and who would look after him. Even having read the excellent testimonials on your website, when the day came to drop him off I was still nervous about whether he would be ok. Those feelings vanished the minute I was met by the warm and welcoming carers. They clearly adore animals and are extremely professional and knowledgeable. They spent a considerable period of time finding out about Harry's routine, answering my questions and really putting my mind at ease. I was very impressed by their attention to detail - for example asking whether Harry preferred to be kept at a height (e.g. on a table) or on the floor. It was something that I hadn't even thought of! Because of all this, I left their home with no hesitation whatsoever that Harry would be looked after in the same way that I would look after him - and I boarded my flight knowing that whilst i would miss him, he could not be in better hands. Harry has come back healthy and happy. He was waiting in his ball when we arrived (his cage immaculately cleaned out and waiting to go), with a photo album of his own holiday. It was very touching, and confirmed everything I had thought before I left for my trip. His cage has even been improved by them to stop the levels moving around! Thank you from me (and Harry) for providing such a wonderful service. We could not be happier!
