OUR CAT VISITING SERVICE INCLUDES:
When using our cat visiting service you can enjoy your holidays knowing that your cat feels safe and relaxed in its own familiar surroundings and your home is looked after too.
When first booking visits we will arrange a meeting with your dedicated Cat Sitter to talk about your cat’s likes and dislikes and about its normal daily routine. This helps make our time with your feline companion as fun and relaxing as possible.
Before the meeting we have a very comprehensive form that we ask you to fill out. This allows us to have all necessary information to offer the best possible care.
We offer to look after your cat for as long or short periods as you need with visits once or twice daily depending on your preference and your cat’s needs.
This way not only can you feel happy that your cat is as comfortable, relaxed and well looked after as possible, you also know that your home keeps that lived in look to deter any uninvited guests.
All our Cat Sitters are security vetted and public liability insured and we provide thorough in-house training including Cat First Aid.

When you go away we move in to look after your cats and your home. All our house-sitters are dedicated pet lovers, some with professional experience and some with animal education. All are security vetted and public liability insured and we provide thorough in-house training including Cat First Aid.

Same Designated sitter at no extra cost - When first signing up you will be assigned a cat sitter and for both you and your cats comfort and peace of mind this will be your regular cat sitter when you book cat visits. This of course with the exception of carers own holiday or sickness in which case you will be informed and your alternative carer will be introduced where at all possible.
Ongoing training - Before their first assignment all cat sitters receives thorough in-house training and many of our cat carers already have experience from vet nursing, animal rescue work as well of course as having cats in their own lives.

No Advertising Vehicles - As part of keeping your cat and home safe we have made the decision NOT to drive advertising vehicles as this would highlight the fact that you are not at home and, although it would of course be of great benefit to our business to widely advertise our services, we believe that the safety of your cat and your home is more important than our self-promotion.
Free Initial Meeting - All clients are required to fill out a detailed form to help us understand all wishes and requirements to offer the best care possible. We also arrange a face to face meeting for you to have a chance to ask any questions you may have and for and your cat to get to know their new friend.
Key Holder Service - We offer to keep hold of your keys in order to make booking your cat care as easy and quick as possible. All you have to do is email us to make a booking request and, once confirmed, we are good to go.
